Pegi Young is no stranger to media attention and being in the public eye. Married to Neil Young for over 36 years, she raised two children with him, sang background vocals in his band, and was an integral part of his projects, both inside and outside of the music industry. In 2014, the couple were back in the spotlight, this time because of their divorce, with details of their personal lives splashed across tabloids and websites.
Sue Phillips is the Founder and President of Scenterprises, a global marketing and branding consulting company she started in 1990. Her background in the cosmetics and fragrance industry began with Elizabeth Arden and grew from there where she worked for some of the biggest names in the industry - Chloe, Lagerfeld, Lancôme, Paris, and was the Vice President of Fragrance Marketing for Tiffany & Company and developed the first iconic TIFFANY perfume for their 150th anniversary.

The all-girl rock and roll band from Sweden is comprised of five ladies that all share a common love of music -- specifically rock and roll. Earlier this year, musicians Clare Cunningham (vocals), Filippa Nassil (lead guitar), Giorgia Carteri (rhythym guitar), Linda Strom (bass), and Tilda Stenqvist (drums) signed with Despotz Records for the release of their album Road Fever due out next month.
Music industry veteran Chandra Lynn launched Glow Marketing LLC in January 2000 as a marketing consulting business for the music industry and consumer goods. However, she founded her company with a different twist: providing inspiration, positive influence, and emotional health and wellbeing, which she does via her partner lifestyle brand, Glow Living. A certified coach, she created the platform as a free community to provide resources, outreach, and educational information to help others in their quest for a healthy life, healthy attitude, and search for purpose.
Minneapolis-based band City of the Weak is made up of band members Stef w/ an F (Vocals), Cody Hoffman (Bass), and Brent Lindblad (Lead Guitar). Started in 2012 by Stef, the band has released their sophomore EP Disclosure in 2014 and since that time, have spent countless hours on the road touring across the U.S. from New York to Los Angeles, with performances at Chicago Open Air, Northern Invasion, Vans Warped Tour, The All-Stars Tour, South By So What?!, Rock Fest (Cadott, WI), and EMG TV.
Fireflight, the Christian rock band from Orlando, FL, is set to release their fifth album titled INNOVA next week on May 5th, which was funded through a successful PledgeMusic campaign, just in time to celebrate the band's 15th anniversary.  The album will be released independently through The Fuel Music and features writing and producer credits by Geoff Duncan (Rapture Ruckus), Rusty Varenkamp (whose accolades include four Grammy-nominated albums), Joshua Silverberg (Thousand Foot Krutch, tobyMac) and Kipp Williams (Newsboys, Mandisa).
It’s been just over four years since Gretchen Menn released her self-produced, solo debut album, Hale Souls. It wasn’t her first experience in the studio; Menn’s discography includes original band projects Lapdance Armageddon and Sticks and Stones, and of course Zepparella, the Led Zeppelin tribute band with whom she tours the U.S.
Megan Burke describes her life as a whirlwind. Barely out of her teens, yet already an experienced musician, she is now the guitarist for recently reunited U.K. pop-punk-rock band Fuzzbox. 
It’s not often you find bands that not only specialize in hard-edged blues, but are all-female as well. One such band that I happened to find out about online comes out of the New York City area, and is called Jane Lee Hooker. If you go by just the name, you'd be thinking of them as a female tribute to one of the great male blues guitarists of all-time, John Lee Hooker.
