Wilson Center Guitar Festival
During the Summer NAMM preshow, Vince Gill and his impromptu band members shared insightful and hilarious band stories with the packed ballroom of around 500. Vince played an old '52 Tele through a Little Walter tube amp. He played guitar with a clean, beautiful tone accented by his rich, tenor vocals. Second guitarist (and I mean this with respect), Brent Mason did a really pro job comping behind Vince. Some tasteful steel guitar provided by Paul Jackson. Wonderful show!
