It's that time of year again- award show season. In anticipation of the 59th annual GRAMMY Awards®, Pandora is celebrating the standout talent nominated for the Best New Artist category by highlighting their trajectory on Pandora with insight from their expert team of curators.

This up and coming Nashville-based singer-songwriter is set to release her first single “Moonrise” tomorrow on Nashsville’s indie record label South X Sea. A descendant of the Carter family, she pays homage to the family’s 1928 song “Wildwood Flower” with the stage name WILDWOOD.

Blondie & Garbage today announced a co-headline North American tour that will kick off on July 5th in Saratoga, CA and wrap on August 12th in Dallas, TX. John Doe & Exene Cervenka will provide support on the first leg of the tour and Deap Vally for the second leg. Tickets for the Rage and Rapture tour go on sale starting Friday, February 17 at 10:00 am local time (please check venue websites for most up-to-date on sale information). Preview Day - January 18, 2017

The celebrated Newman & Oltman Guitar Duo will appear at the Mannes School of Music on Sunday, February 19 at 4PM.  In celebration of Mannes’ centennial year, Michael Newman and Laura Oltman will perform works by composers associated with Mannes which include Aaron Copland, Clarice Assad, as well as current composition faculty members Paul Moravec, Lowell Liebermann, David Loeb and Robert Cuckson. In keeping with the duo’s tradition of inviting Mannes students to perform with them on their Mannes concerts, mezzo-soprano Tal Heller will join them for a set of Aaron Copland songs.  The concert will take place at the Ernest C. Steifel Concert Hall, Arnhold Hall, at 55 West 13th Street.  Admission is free and open to the public.

Cort Guitars and British luthiers Manson Guitar Works are pleased to announce a new collaboration for 2017, the Cort/Manson M-Jet. The new guitar is based upon the Manson MA EVO profile model but aimed more towards the player where extreme playability, sounds and altered tunings are required. The all-black visuals include hardware, new design custom pickups and Manson’s durable satin finish to create the M-Jet configuration.

Australian singer-songwriter Lisa Mitchell has released the ethereal official video for the song Warriors, from her new album of the same name. The video is Part Two of a visual story told through two tracks from the album - Warriors and Warhol. Both stunning videos were directed by award-winning Australian writer/director Vanessa Gazy and features Australian actor Hunter Page-Lochard (Cleverman, The Sapphires).
