The annual Summer NAMM kicked off on Thursday, June 28, and will conclude on Saturday, June 30. Since its inception in 2006, NAMM hosts not only a summer event but also a winter event. Summer NAMM takes place in Nashville, Tennessee and Winter NAMM takes place in Anaheim, California.
On Summer NAMM’s first day in Nashville, some of the highlights included sessions on Crafting a Hit Record, What Works and What Doesn’t with Facebook, lessons about self-preservation with country superstar Hunter Hayes, and several epic performances featuring the World’s Fastest Drummer prelims, with many others.
