NASHVILLE, Tenn. (July 24, 2018) — The CHARM Foundation will hold their annual Back To School Bash on Saturday, August 4th at the Martha O’Bryan Center in East Nashville. Each year, the CHARM “ Back To School Bash” helps children to prepare for the school year by providing them with school supplies. These resources will help children get off to a great start for the school year with free backpacks, hygiene kits, health screenings, school supplies, dental screenings, haircuts and more.
The CHARM Foundation is founded by Jaclyn Stapp, philanthropist, award-winning children’s author, mother, and wife of Grammy award-winning singer Scott Stapp of Creed. Growing up with humble beginnings, Jaclyn started CHARM at 17 years old as a way to give back to the community. The organization has been profiled by People Magazine, The Dr. OZ Show, ABC News, Good Morning America and more.
“ Children need to be protected and nurtured,” Jaclyn says. “ We can all make a difference in a child’s life by encouraging and instilling confidence and providing them with the basic resources to give them a chance to succeed. I am extremely proud and happy to meet with our Nashville community to help support their educational needs.
