The first single from the recently announced new album for Taylor Swift is called “Shake It Off.” Her new album scheduled to be released October 27 is titled “1989” – the year she was born – and is said to be a “pop” album, a transition from the catchy Country pop songs that made her a mega star.
According to a press release issued today, Swift called her upcoming album a “rebirth.”
“1989” is available for pre-order starting today.
