Introducing Stav: The Israeli R&B Queen You NEED to See Live

Hailing all the way from Israel, Stav is the unique sound the Pop R&B scene has been needing. With influences like Stevie Wonder and Arthea Franklin, Stav likes to inject a little soul into the typical pop music scene. She is known for adding a unique Eastern charm to American music, with impactful runs, deep and sultry alto power, and a refreshing perspective in her lyrics and instrumentation. A life-long musician, Stav has been writing and performing music since she was 14 years old. She keeps her music authentic by writing about her own personal experiences and emotions. Stav explains, “As a kid who struggled to share her feelings and thoughts and used a lot of humor to be loved, writing was the best thing I did. In a way it set me free.”

While Stav is a well rounded artist, her talent for live performance is what really puts her on top. Stav has a way of captivating audiences that turns the average restaurant-goer or bar regular into a lifelong fan. Her sets are simple, refined, and compelling, reminiscent of Adele and Celine Dion. Stav’s vocal strength and artistic expression turns heads and completely alters the atmosphere of a room. What was once a lively bar, is now a once-in-a-lifetime showcase of a unique, on-the-rise star. Most recently, Stav has been performing at the NY Bowery Electric. If you’re in the area, make sure to stop by. This is an opportunity you won’t want to miss.

Stav recently inked a deal with Heart Songs Music Group and has exciting projects in the works. She is working closely with her new team to develop her debut album, which is set to be released internationally later this year. Stav has collaborated with a number of other artists, composers, and arrangers to make this album into what she knows it can be. As a prolific writer and experienced performer, Stav’s album is sure to have the wisdom and passion of a seasoned artist with Israeli influences and modern twists.
