Arielle on new album “Suspension/Dimension”: Who, What, Where, When, Why

Who:  I am Arielle, a singer-songwriter and guitar player, inspired by musicians and artists from the ‘60s and ‘70s. I have a guitar named Two-Tone, who my friend Patrick and I built from scratch. Together, we explore and then write about this ever-changing experience called life. In 2020, we will be making Two-Tone’s available for everyone to own.

I tour around the world a lot, and so I call myself a bit of a wanderer.

What:  I have a brand-new album out called Suspension/Dimension.

Where:  It is available on my website, and soon to be Spotify! It is 11 songs.

When:  It was released the beginning of March.

Why:  This whole album was written out of need. I mean, I HAVE to write and share. It is a part of me. But this particular album is supposed to represent that weird point while there was a pretty drastic change happening in who I was vs. who I was becoming. The in-between place where I didn’t know who I was or what I was doing, and so I was trying to find the things around me that grounded me or made some sense.

Emotions inspire me. Deep ones. Strange things inspire me. Anything that is different and doesn’t have words for, that’s what I want to write about. I like to leave a lot hidden.
