(STEVENSVILLE, MD) November 23, 2022 – The fourth and final season of PRS Guitars’ YouTube video series “Long Distance” is now streaming on PRS Guitars YouTube channel. Conceived of and fired up in 2020, the popular and insightful series features candid conversations between PRS Guitars’ founder Paul Reed Smith and a variety of artists both on and off PRS Guitars’ direct artist roster.
“It’s a real joy to share these conversations. These players are our friends, and while it’s always enjoyable discussing guitars and specs, these conversations give us the opportunity to share stories and give people insight into the history and personal side of these great players. I ask questions I’ve never asked them, and they ask me questions they’ve never asked me. It’s just good fun,” said Paul Reed Smith.

With over 640,000 combined views across more than thirty episodes, the “Long Distance” series is home to unique, engaging personal stories as well as insight into artists’ careers, hobbies, and inspirations. PRS’s dedication to making precisely crafted instruments has brought PRS into the orbit of artists across a variety of genres. The end of the show doesn’t mean the end of PRS continuing to deepen their relationships with artists they do and do not directly sponsor.
“I couldn’t be more thankful to the friends and guests who joined me in creating the Long Distance series. My hope in having these open conversations was to celebrate the ability of music and instruments to bring us together. It can start with those things, but it always extends beyond it. Life happens on and off the stage, and with Long Distance I think we had the chance to see the off-stage part a bit more clearly,” said Paul Reed Smith
