Fender announced today the release of the next guitar in their Parallel Universe Collection which was showcased at Winter NAMM. The Limited-Edition Troublemaker Tele is now available for purchase from dealers and on Fender’s website at Fender.com. The limited edition Parallel Universe Collection offers twisted takes on classic models, surprising updates on vintage machines, and a brand-new Fender body shape destined.

This Parallel Universe model features a bound mahogany body with a maple top, custom Cabronita pickguard and lacquer finish–all powered by a pair of ShawBucker 1T and 2T humbucking pickups. The limited-edition Troublemaker Tele ($1,999.99) also features a “Deep C” – shaped all mahogany American Professional Tele neck with large Strat headstock. Available in Ice Metallic Blue and Ice Tea Burst.
