Atlantic recording group Halestorm has announced details of a major North American headline tour. The dates – unveiled earlier today via BandsInTown – begin April 1st at Reading, PA’s Reading Eagle Theatre in the Santander Arena and extend through late May (see attached itinerary). Support throughout the trek comes from special guests Dorothy and the legendary Lita Ford. In addition, the tour will include stops at a number of festivals and summer radio concerts as well as a pair of much anticipated dates alongside the one and only Rob Zombie, slated for May 18th at Bloomington, IL’s Cellular Coliseum and May19th at Saginaw, MI’s First Merit Bank Event Park.

“This is a tour I’ve wanted to put together for a long time,” said Halestorm frontwoman Lzzy Hale.  “Not just a package with every band featuring a girl–that’s been done a million times.  This tour is a different breed, showcasing loud, powerful female voices. Every frontwoman here holds her own both on and off the stage, and has fought more than her share of the good fight.  This isn’t your sister’s woman music fest!   I’m honored to have the legendary Lita Ford on this run and welcome newcomers Dorothy who make me so proud of the future of rock. All fans of true rock music—men, women, everyone—need to see this show.”

Widely acknowledged as one of modern hard rock’s most explosive live acts, Halestorm are kicking off 2016 by crossing the Atlantic for an epic European tour. Highlights include the UK’s annual “Carnival of Madness Tour,” alongside fellow hard rock icons Black Stone Cherry and Atlantic Records labelmates Shinedown as well as headline shows in Belgium, Germany, France, Finland, Sweden, and Russia. For ticket information, VIP packages, and details on joining the Official Halestorm Fan Club, please see www.halestormrocks.com.

Halestorm’s non-stop live schedule sees the iconic hard rock outfit continuing to celebrate the success of their acclaimed new album, “INTO THE WILD LIFE. ” The GRAMMY® Award-winning band’s long awaited third studio collection made a stunning top 5 debut on the SoundScan/Billboard 200 upon its April 2015 release while also entering Billboard’s “Top Hard Rock Albums” tally at #1 – both marking Halestorm’s highest chart placement to date.

“INTO THE WILD LIFE” – which follows 2012’s blockbuster “THE STRANGE CASE OF…” – is highlighted by the record breaking smashes, “Apocalyptic” and “Amen,” both of which ascended to #1 at rock radio outlets nationwide, as well as the top 5 Active Rock favorite, “I Am The Fire.” Companion videos and much more can be found at Halestorm’s official YouTube channel, HalestormRocks.

“Mayhem” – the latest single from “INTO THE WILD LIFE” – is set to impact rock radio outlets across the country later this month. The track’s electrifying companion video premieres today.

In other news, Halestorm are among the many top artists who have recorded cover versions of Eagles of Death Metal’s “I Love You All The Time” as part of the Sweet Stuff Foundation’s “Play It Forward” campaign to aid victims of last November’s terrorist attacks in Paris. The track is available now on the iTunes Store, Amazon, and Spotify, as well as the official “Play It Forward Store.”

As if all that weren’t enough, Halestorm are making a very special “INTO THE WILD LIFE” leather jacket available to their male and female fans. Presented in collaboration with Affliction Clothing, the autographed, limited edition jackets are available now exclusively via Halestorm’s official webstore.

Recorded in Nashville with GRAMMY®-nominated producer Jay Joyce (Cage The Elephant, Eric Church) at the helm, “INTO THE WILD LIFE” has also received unprecedented critical acclaim. “(The album) is a different beast altogether,” declared veteran rock journalist Jon Wiederhorn at Yahoo! Music, “one that forsakes everything that has worked for Halestorm thus far (slick production, traditional songwriting arrangements, a radio-ready mix of rockers and ballads) and takes a leap into the unknown… The risk of following its instincts has paid off. From the angular, aggressive attack of the metallic ‘Mayhem’ to the plangent piano and aching vocals of the ballad ‘Dear Daughter,’ from the brash, confrontational anthem ‘Sick Individual’ to the offbeat church choir-flavored blues rock of ‘Amen,’ Halestorm has taken conventional radio rock and turned it on its head. Challenging and eclectic, but too catchy to ignore, ‘INTO THE WILD LIFE’ is a spirited and slightly reckless release from a seasoned rock band that has learned the rules only to willfully break them.”

“(Frontwoman Lzzy) Hale’s voice is the centerpiece,” applauded the Associated Press, “strong and raging at times, and gravelly and full of emotion at others.” “Hale’s commanding presence gives Halestorm a unique status in hard rock’s relentlessly male world,” wrote the Boston Globe, noting, “The band’s big-tent riffs and surprising detours have a clear appeal beyond that subgenre.” “Tough, sexy and self-confident, (Hale) possesses a set of vocal cords that can soothe one minute and out-roar Metallica frontman James Hetfield the next,” declared Rolling Stone Australia in a four-starred rave, summing up, “If heavy rock really is in the formative stages of a commercial resurgence, ‘INTO THE WILD LIFE’ will be at the forefront.”
