According to Erin, it was on replay in her head before the song even came to life. “I kept having this melody that wouldn’t go away but I was having a hard time putting into a song! I got with my buddy Brandon Conway and we came up with the full melody and verses,” she says. “I wanted the song to resonate with every crowd, but especially the party crowd, as it’s meant to be fun and perfect for a festival or tailgate setting!” With the help of Grammy award-winning producer Mikal Blue (Colbie Caillat, One Republic, Jason Mraz, Danielle Bradbery), Erin was able to turn the hook that kept replaying in her head into a masterpiece.
Erin recently spent time telling her story of mental health for Stress Awareness Month back in April. She was featured on several notable publications including the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, a national organization dedicated to the prevention, treatment, and cure of anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders.
