Spence’s recent tour of the UK was a resounding success that saw her play to rooms packed with attentive and appreciative audiences. Three Chords and the Truth noted her ability to “conjure up the most compelling of songs, all delivered through a delicately hushed voice,” while the UK’s Maverick Magazine calls Mint Condition“her very best material yet. Every single song on this album is written with pure emotion running through it and the instrumental layers that accompany Spence’s stunning vocals.”

Yesterday, The Boot gave readers an early taste of wistful ballad “Wait on the Wine,” the latest song from Mint Condition to be released. Writer Amy McCarthy praised “Spence’s equally ethereal and powerful vocals” and the “delicate, slow-burning ballad about finding enough liquid courage at the bottom of a bottle to make a bold declaration of love.”
