Discover Sooner Announces Date for Priceless Answers From Publishers, A Conversation with Three Chicks With Hits

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (March 17, 2021) — Discover Sooner, the online platform for songwriters and publishers has announced a free online event, Priceless Answers From Publishers with Chicks With Hits!  Featured panellists will be Debbie Zavitson of Debbie Z Entertainment, Courtney Crist of Mojo Music and Media and Stephanie Cox of Kobalt Music, and will be hosted by Nancy Deckant, Founder and CEO of Sooner. The event, aimed at songwriters, artists, publishers and industry professionals of all levels will be held on Thursday, March 25 at 5 pm CDT and offer opportunities for attendees to ask their own questions. Song plugging group, Chicks With Hits, is a one-stop-shop where women song pluggers from different publishing organizations pitch songs to artists. Among the hits that these “chicks” have “hatched” are Jo Dee Messina’s “Bring on the Rain,” Joe Nichol’s’ “Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off,” Martina McBride’s “In My Daughter’s Eyes,” and Blake Shelton’s “Bringing Back The Sunshine.”
