Los Angeles, CA – June 14, 2023 | Calling all female guitarists, bassists, and singers! Gritty In Pink is seeking female musicians to perform at the All GRL JAM at the FairWell Festival in Central Oregon on July 22. From June 14 – 23, women/non-binary musicians will have the opportunity to submit a listing under the Music/Audio or Live Talent category on Gritty In Pink’s new talent hub INPINK.
FairWell Festival is kicking off its inaugural year at the Deschutes County Fairgrounds on July 21–23. Music lovers can expect a wide range of music from Country, Blues,
Rock, Americana, and Soul. This year’s lineup includes Sheryl Crow, Haley Heynderickx, YOLA, Bella White, and Abby Anderson.
Musicians are required to sign up for free on INPINK, post a listing under the Music/Audio or Live Talent category, complete their profile, and submit their listing for approval. Gritty in Pink’s signature All GRL JAM series features 50+ female/non-binary musicians performing themed cover songs. Guitarists, bassists, and singers are encouraged to enroll on the platform for the opportunity to perform with the house band at the All GRL JAM in Oregon on July 22. The lineup will be announced at a later date via Gritty In Pink’s Instagram.
INPINK is a new online talent hub destination that connects industry professionals to a diverse community of female creators.Like a female-powered Upwork for the music business, INPINK aims to democratize access to a gatekept industry and provide a pipeline of female talent for industry pros looking to hire from a diverse community of female creators. Once their listing is approved, the contestants will be available for hire on INPINK for future gigs. In 2022, Live Nation Women announced an investment into Gritty In Pink from the Live Nation Women Fund, a global, early-stage fund that Live Nation established to improve gender equality across the industry by investing in female-founded live music businesses. Gritty In Pink recently collaborated with their Strategic Advisor, Melissa Etheridge, who used the INPINK platform to hire a female photographer to capture portrait and live photos at the kickoff of her summer 2023 tour.
