Nashville based singer/songwriter and California native, Lockwood Barr, has put her own jazz filled spin on a Christmas classic. Lockwood recorded her rendition of “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas” in Nashville’s Amber Sound Studio featuring Lindsey Miller on guitar. “This is one of those songs that has been present in every chapter of my life…movies at home with my family, choir concerts at school and all around town during the Holiday Season,” says Lockwood. “It’s a classic for a reason, and I love it with all my heart.” Barr’s unmistakable vocals blend perfectly with Miller’s smooth guitar riffs creating a fresh feel on a traditional favorite.
