MEG SMITH Releases New Version Of Her Hit Single “Cross MY Heart I Hope You Die” With Chandler Leighton

October 6, 2023– Meg Smith is thrilled to release her darker version of her hit single “Cross My Heart I Hope U Die” with Chandler Leighton that is out now.

The 2021 release ‘Cross My Heart I Hope U Die’ established Meg as an exciting talent to watch. Now at almost 11 Million streams, the bewitching pop break-up anthem was featured on numerous Spotify playlists.

Meg says, “I’m excited to have Chandler join this song as a spooky Halloween treat! ‘Cross My Heart” is about how when girls come together, we can be unstoppable coven.”

Her most recent single, ‘Joni’ was featured on Spotify’s Sad Hour, New Music Friday UK, and Next Gen Singer-Songwriter. Meg’s ‘Rom Com Pop’ EP, released in February, is a collection of songs that sound like the soundtrack to an early 00s rom com. The songs were featured on New Music Friday USA, as well as various New Music Friday’s around the globe. Her debut single ‘Cross My Heart I Hope U Die’ is the theme of ‘EZRA’, the popular LGBTQ+ Vampire series on Apple TV. Meg appeared in Season 1 and is expected to appear in Season 2. The song is also featured in season 2 of ‘Ginny and Georgia’ on Netflix.
