NEW YORK, March 4, 2020 /PRNewswire/ —Â New York area based label/management company, AHM Media, will release singer/songwriter Jaclyn Manfredi’s new single, “Lost Me”, on April 10th. The company signed Manfredi in 2017, and the singer has continued to gain notice for her soulful voice, even though she didn’t speak a word until the age of four years old. Manfredi’s parents were concerned about her continued silence at such a late age, but are now excited about Jaclyn’s music and continued success.
Manfredi, now 20, and originally from Long Island, NY, has generated attention with her rich vocal tone and R&B songwriting style, signing at New York City’s famed Apollo Theater, and winning the 2017 IMTA national singing competition. She was also recently chosen for a track on a SONY/ATV backed Motown tribute of classic Motown songs, on which she sings a blistering rendition of the Isley Bros. Classic, “It’s Your Thing.” Her upcoming single, “Lost Me,” shows Manfredi developing and growing with her writing style from her 2019 EP release titled “Psychic.”
“Jaclyn has a tone and style that is uniquely her own. After hearing her sing, I was shocked when her parents told me she didn’t speak until she was four years old,” says Manfredi’s manager/producer and AHM Media owner, Alex Houton, who has been working with Manfredi for several years.
When Houton signed Jaclyn Manfredi to his company, AHM Media, he sent her to renowned vocal coach, Don Lawrence (Lady Gaga, Whitney Houston, Christina Aguilera), who has helped Manfredi refine her skills.
Manfredi’s new single, “Lost Me,” was mixed by 6X GRAMMYâ„¢ winning mixing engineer, Brian Vibberts, who is a long time business partner of Houton’s.
A music video of “Lost Me,” filmed in Brooklyn, New York and directed by Buenos Aires based director/photographer, Loli Laboureau, whose credits include work for Vogue, Chanel, and New York Fashion Week, is scheduled to be released later in April.
“Lost Me” will be available on Spotify, Apple Music, and all major music streaming/download platforms starting April 10th, with pre-save available March 27th at https://smarturl.it/LostMe.  For more information about Jaclyn Manfredi visit http://www.jaclynmanfredi.com.
