May 19, 2023– British songwriter, singer and producer Tatiana DeMaria is thrilled to release her new single ‘Open Wide’, out now.
‘Open Wide’ is a song that sounds like nothing else. Effortlessly moving from strong defiance to raw vulnerability the song is a genre-bending showcase of Tatiana’s ability to weave catchy melodies and lyrical depth into a sound uniquely her own.
On a bed of unorthodox drums and powerful vocals, this track serves as the perfect introduction to Tatiana’s upcoming debut solo EP + album.
Tatiana says, “I wrote this song long before the pandemic, but it has taken me this effing long to get the sound right, and I’m stoked to share it now. With that said, the sentiment of the song has only become more poignant. The song itself is about the paradox of escapism; the contradiction that arises when we seek to escape from our problems or reality, but in doing so, we often end up feeling more trapped, disconnected, or unfulfilled.”
A notorious live wire on stage British-born Tatiana DeMaria started her career as a young teen founding and fronting rock band ‘TAT’, writing 2 charting singles by age 18 as well as producing underground UK hip hop. She quickly garnered a fan base on both sides of the Atlantic, US radio play and became a Warped Tour fan favorite playing over 1000 shows worldwide. In mid 2018, Tatiana launched her solo career, channeling all of her influences from Alt Pop, R&B and Hip Hop into her signature sound. Originally bridging the gap for her rock fans to her new sound, the transition is complete paving the way for this new release.

Since her solo debut, touring highlights include her solo debut selling out the Whisky a Go-Go in LA, supporting artists like Bishop Briggs, the final return of The Vans Warped Tour and the Vans 25th Anniversary Celebration Festival. In 2020, during the pandemic, Tatiana wrote, produced & performed 8 songs for the Latest ‘American Pie’ film, which she is also featured in on camera as herself. She also recently became a bonafide superhero in her very own music-themed comic created by Marvel artists and writers which has since expanded into her own comic series, film roles, TV and music partnerships.
She plays many roles in the music industry. As seasoned Web3 entrepreneur and having built successful businesses throughout the music industry, In early 2021 Tatiana founded Supafanatix, a Web3 and AI-powered platform to help transform how artists monetize and manage their businesses.
