April 6, 2018, Needham, Mass. – The Women’s International Music Network (the WiMN) announces open submissions for their 2018 She Rocks Showcase scheduled during the Summer NAMM conference in Nashville, TN. Now in its fifth year, the She Rocks Showcase will take place on Thursday, June 28, 2018, from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. at The Listening Room Café, which has relocated to 618 4th Ave S, Nashville, TN.
“Last year’s showcase gave the audience what they came for—‘blow the roof off talent’ and a fun-filled evening,” notes WiMN founder, Laura B. Whitmore. “This year we aim for more of the same and are thrilled to give female musicians an opportunity to share their talent at the Listening Room Café’s fabulous new location. I look forward to listening to the submissions from talented artists around the world!”

The 2018 She Rocks Showcase presents a unique opportunity for female artists of all styles and ages to perform in front of industry experts, media representatives, artists, fans and more during the Summer NAMM convention.

Artists are encouraged to submit their best original material for a chance to perform at the showcase. All materials must be submitted by May 8, 2018. Showcase slot selections will be announced by May 18. Performers will also receive a free day pass to the NAMM Show on Saturday, June 30.
