The all lesbian alt-country rock female band Antigone Rising hit the road again this month in support of their new EP “Whiskey & Wine – Volume 2” and will hit major cities along the East Coast through July. This new EP follows the release of “Whiskey & Wine – Volume 1” which was released last year.
In a recent press release, Kristen Henderson talked about the EPs stating, “the songs have gotten much more personal, the productions a little more elaborate. These songs all have something to say.”
Along with the “Whiskey & Wine – Volume 2,” the band has released the official music video for “Game Changer” which features band member Kristen Ellis-Henderson along with her wife and their two children.
Made up of band members Kristen Ellis-Henderson (bass guitar, vocals), Cathy Henderson (lead guitar, vocals), Nini Camps (rhythm guitar, vocals) and Dena Tauriello (drums), Antigone Rising puts on a high energy, foot-stomping, crowd-pleasing show.
