This marks Yvette Young’s second signature guitar. Following up on the Ibanez YY10 in Slime Green Sparkle, the Ibanez YY20 Yvette Young signature guitar comes in a dreamy Orange Cream Sparkle.
Young tells us, “It’s been a privilege to work with Ibanez to out the YY10 and now the YY20. Honestly, I never expected to have one let alone two signatures, and I feel extremely lucky. For the YY20, the most notable difference would be the orange color as well as the hardware/pickups. I went with a Tele-style pickup as a throwback to the first Talman I ever played, which had Tele pickups that cannibalized from my first guitar. I just loved how dynamic and twinkly that guitar was and wanted to capture the spirit in the YY20!” ~ Yvette Young.
