Announced on June 4, newcomer Lauren Sanderson will be headlining several U.S. summer dates, titled Trust The Universe Tour. This is her first major tour since signing with Epic Records this past spring. She kicks off her tour in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on July 12, and will complete her run of shows in early August. The 22 year-old Sanderson blends alternative, R&B and hip-hop to create her own sound that has caught the attention of fans and critics everywhere.
She recently had a hit single with “Written in the Stars,” released earlier this year in March. The single has received well over 2 million audio and video streams. Sanderson got her start on YouTube, where she developed a huge social media following and won over her fans and critics alike with her self-released 2017 EP, Spaces. The EP landed the number one spot on iTunes’ Top R&B Albums Chart.
