Moniker Guitars, the electric guitar manufacturer that lets customers design their guitar online, is pleased to welcome TV Jones Pickups to its offering of high quality guitar parts. From now until the end of August, customers can add TV Jones Classic pickups to their guitar at no added cost.
From the company: MonikerGuitars.com offers customers the ability to point and click their way to a unique custom guitar and purchase it at a price that many musicians can actually afford. By introducing TV Jones pickups, Moniker offers customers the chance to build a guitar that features the classic twang and growl sound associated with the legendary TV Jones pickups.
“We’re very excited to be working with TV Jones and offering their unique pickups in Moniker guitars,” said Moniker Guitars co-owner Kevin Tully. “Like Moniker guitars, TV Jones pickups are made in the U.S. and are instantly recognizable both visually and sonically.”
Moniker began planning this addition due to the amount of customer requests for TV Jones pickups. Moniker Guitars featured artist Michael Olson of the band Lake Street Dive was one of the first to have TV Jones pickups installed in his Moniker guitar. “I’ve gotten more comments and compliments on the tone of the guitar Moniker made me than the Les Paul or the Tele I used to play. It’s become my go-to guitar.” says Olson.
TV Jones pickups are played by such renowned guitarists as Brian Setzer, Billy Gibbons, David Gilmour, Keith Urban, Reverend Horton Heat, G. Love and many more.

ABOUT MONIKER GUITARS
Based in Austin TX, Moniker Guitars was created in 2011 by two friends who share a maniacal obsession for playing and building electric guitars. Founders Kevin Tully and Dave Barry learned how to properly build, paint, finish and wire guitars. While doing so, they maintained the desire to create high quality guitars that look different from the rest while keeping them affordable.
Moniker was founded on the belief that there are other guitar players who want to own and play an instrument as unique as the music they make with it. The goal is to share their own passion for designing and customizing guitars by providing a website that makes designing your custom instrument easy and accessible.
