CMA FEST DAY THREE FILLED WITH SURPRISES AND SUPERSTAR PERFORMANCES

NASHVILLE—CMA Fest day three kicked off bright and early, with fans packing the CMA Close Up Stage at Xfinity Fan Fair X the minute doors opened. Dustin Lynch entertained the giant crowd with a Q&A hosted by Ashley Eicher alongside Lynch’s producerZach Crowell before performing “Good Girl,” “Cowboys and Angels” and “Small Town Boy” during the Artist of the Day session at the CMA Close Up Stage, followed by Garth Brooks, who participated in a Q&A with Sirius XM’s Storme Warren and answered questions from fans in the audience before surprising the crowd by performing a medley of his hits including “Friends In Low Places,” “The Dance,” “Callin’ Baton Rouge,” and “The River.” Brooks’ appearance, which was livestreamed through CMA’s Facebook page, has been viewed more than 72,000 times. 

At Nissan Stadium, Keith Urban kept crowds rocking past midnight, Chris Stapleton delivered a powerful set, and Sam Hunt surprised fans, performing his new single “Downtown’s Dead.” Tonight’s final concerts at Nissan Stadium feature performances by Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Brett Eldredge, Florida Georgia Line with special guest Bebe Rexha, Ricky Skaggs, Ray StevensCole Swindell, and just announced this morning, “CMA Fest” co-host Thomas Rhett.

The CMA Fest app continues to help fans keep track of when their favorite acts perform; the app has clocked more than 12 million scheduled events throughout all three days of the festival, outpacing last year by more than 1.7 million. Conversations happening around CMA Fest saw more than 227 million in social reach on Saturday.

A limited number of four-day tickets for the nightly concerts at Nissan Stadium, which also includes four-day access to Xfinity Fan Fair X, are still available at CMAfest.com/tickets or through the CMA Box Office at 1-800-CMA-FEST. Fans can purchase the CMA Fest Nash Pass for $60 plus fees, allowing a limited amount of fans VIP early access at the Cracker Barrel Country Roads Stage. The Nash Pass also includes a Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum tour, Ryman Auditorium tour and four-day admission to Xfinity Fan Fair X. Tickets for Xfinity Fan Fair X are available for $10 each day or $25 for a four-day pass.
