Rising Country Pop Artist Andrea Vasquez Unveils Vulnerability with New Release

Nashville, Tenn.— Following the release of her sassy single Bed You Made, which caught the attention from CMT, rising country-pop artist Andrea Vasquez unveils a vulnerable and heart tugging single titled Used To. The song is now available on all digital streaming platforms, including SpotifyApple Music, and more.

Written by Andrea and songwriter friend David Espinoza, “The inspiration comes from past relationships where you hit that very end where you’re just hanging on by a thread and trying to brush it under the rug, but it’s just not there anymore,” says Andrea. “I am so excited about this release. I feel like it’s real, raw, relatable and timeless.” Produced by Jason Bobo and featuring Josh Matheny, who is known for Carly Pearce and Sam Hunt’s dobro sound, the dreamy track begins gentle and delicate, embellishing the soft melody that leads into her signature iconic-sounding voice.

After kicking off the much-anticipated release earlier this month, this powerhouse vocalist performed at several locations in Middle Tennessee, including her own night at The Listening Room. She is currently the In The Mix Spotlight Artist of the month for Hope Nation Radio and is gearing up for a full-fledge tour in 2022.
