Product Review: Pigtronix Infinity 3 Deluxe Stereo Double Looper w/ MIDI — The Most Musical Looping Pedal on the Planet

As seen in Guitar Girl Magazine Issue 18 Winter 2021 – Women in the Music Industry

As guitar players, we’re always looking for what can give us that extra edge or advantage, be it an effect or collaborating with another player. With the Pigtronix Infinity 3 Deluxe Stereo Double Looper with MIDI, you’ll find possibilities in ways you may have never thought existed. With the Deluxe Stereo Double Looper, you can unlock new dimensions of creativity with multi-layer parts all of your own imagination. As Marvin, the Pigtronix space pig, says, “It may be mind-bending at first,” but think of it as a foot-operated digital two-track tape recorder. What’s awesome is that all commands are instantaneous, and latency is super low. The features and their functions are very well thought out as you can start creating with minimal effort or dive in deep with its MIDI qualities to experience the great sonic adventures the Deluxe Stereo Double Looper can take you on. The Tone Maps (Parallel Looper, Song Structure, Band Dreamland, and Into the Void) are brilliant, and the videos with Zach Comtois on the Pigtronix site are quite good and will have you looping like a pro in no time. Adding the Universal Remote can unlock even more super cool ambient and ethereal effects that will take you beyond, well, infinity. I’m super jazzed about the Pigtronix Infinity 3 Deluxe Stereo Double Looper with MIDI, as you can create mind-bending multi-layer versions…of you! I have a hunch Jennifer Batten is already gliding beyond Pluto with hers.
