As seen in Guitar Girl Magazine Issue 7

As Taylor Guitars has been rolling out their innovative V-Class bracing system across their entire series of guitars throughout 2018, the new version of the Taylor 314ce Grand Auditorium, one of Taylor’s most popular guitars, now comes fitted with the V-Class brace which delivers bright and crisp tones with unbelievable resonance and sustain.

The Grand Auditorium body with a single cutaway, which Taylor refers to as the “Venetian” cutaway, features a solid Sitka Spruce top with solid Sapele back and sides which produce a robust sound and is sure to please whether in the studio or on stage. This is the guitar that Taylor refers to as its “workhorse,” a versatile acoustic which accommodates nearly all playing styles.

This guitar is just plain fun to play as an acoustic, but when plugged into the tail-end mounted ES2 electronics jack, well, let’s just say it takes the experience to a whole new level. Great neck action on a relatively slim neck and a cutaway body lend itself to easy rhythm patterns and great note picking up and down the neck. The smooth satin finish adds to the comfort and beauty of this guitar.
