On February 28, blues music icon Joe Bonamassa played the first of back to back nights at the Fox Theater in Atlanta, Georgia to a nearly sold-out crowd. Taking the stage in a bright red, retro sequined jacket that looked like it was made for a king, the world-famous guitarist lived up to his name and put on a show that exhibited some of the most technical and jaw-dropping music. It’s no wonder he’s been an inspiration to guitar players worldwide for decades. With multiple guitar changes, perfectly paired back up vocals, moments that highlighted his brass instrumentalists, and some of the most mind-blowing solos, the audience couldn’t take their eyes off of what was no doubt the show of the year.
