THE MRS BAND RELEASES NEW VIDEO FOR “FIVE MINUTES” SONG THE MRS TO RELEASE NEW SINGLE, “BRAND NEW,” LATE JULY

Austin, Texas — (July 19, 2018) —  Austin-based, all female alt-rock band The Mrstoday released the music video for their new single “Five Minutes” on YouTube, HERE… They plan to release their next single later this month, “Brand New.”  It will be the second single for their upcoming EP release, titled “Five Minutes.” Both songs will be available on iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, and Google Play. 

According to The Mrs drummer Andra Liemandt, Five Minutes is about how we can make a difference by giving someone our time and attention. “You can change someone’s life in five minutes, and all you need to do is support them, love, and give them the attention they deserve.”

The Mrs will release their full EP September 7 with a release party and performance at Lambert’s on September 8.  Prior to the full EP release, The Mrs will debut one additional single: “Hurricane” in August. The band will perform August 4 at Nordstrom in Barton Creek Mall at from noon to 4:00 p.m. as part of the “Barton Back to School Bash.” They also perform at Guero’s September 5 in conjunction with SUN Radio, and August 20 at Bat Fest 2018.

THE MRS is four Austin women creating music to empower others worldwide: founder Andra Liemandt (drums), Jenny Mason (bass), Mandy Prater (guitar/vocals), and Larissa Ness (keyboard/vocals). THE MRS released their self-titled debut album in 2017.
