YOUR ANGEL ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM ‘A STAR IN THE HEADLIGHTS’ OUT 3/17

YOUR ANGEL — the project of LA-based singer, songwriter and producer Maddy Boyd — announces her sophomore album, A Star in the Headlights, out on March 17th.
The 11-track album includes recent singles “You Never Say Sorry” and “Misbehave,” the latter of which was met with praise from NYLON, Consequence, and Ones To Watch. Teeming with raw emotion and ethereal indie-pop soundscapes, A Star in the Headlights captures a time of contemplation and transformation for YOUR ANGEL.

She adds, “‘A Star In The Headlights’ is about longing for something and the journey I took to arrive there. It explores feelings of inadequacy, loneliness, jealousy and weakness. I drew inspiration from artists like Britney Spears, Dido, Portishead, Timbaland and Beach House in order to create an album that embodies my childhood role models.”

YOUR ANGEL will release the final pre-release single, “Good Girl,” on February 17th and the album will follow on March 17th.
