Fender Limited Edition Duo-Sonic HS Electric Guitar with Pau Ferro Fingerboard Canary Diamond
This guitar is a dream. The all-girl band Warpaint, plays the Duo-Sonic and they have shared their experiences on playing the Fender offsets. We recently had the opportunity to review the Duo Sonic and loved it. A modernized version of a student-turned-classic instrument originally released in 1956, the Duo-Sonic HS model’s compact form belies its giant-sized sound and it’s the ideal companion for adventurous players who aren’t afraid to buck the norm and shatter expectations. It has a double cutaway solid Alder wood body with a bolt-on Maple C neck. The scale length is 24 inches and the fret board is made of Pau Ferro. The Duo-Sonic HS new pickups that let the true voice of the instrument shine. The single-coil Duo-Sonic neck pickup is joined by a vintage-spec humbucking bridge pickup for flexible tone that can match any playing style imaginable.

Orange Amps
Orange Amps just recently released two new pedals we think are awesome. The Fur Coat is a vintage fuzz and the Getaway Driver is an overdrive, cab sim, class A type pedal. Both have been designed by Orange’s Technical Director, Adrian Emsley.
Orange Fur Coat Vintage Fuzz Pedal with Adjustable Octave
The Orange Fur Coat Fuzz is loosely based on the old Foxx Tone Machine which was a great fuzz from 1970. A version of this was later made by Prescription Electronics under the name Experience, which added a swell feature to the existing design. These are also sought after and sell for lots of money secondhand. It features Volume, EQ, Octave, & Fuzz Controls and is powered with a regulated 9-12V DC center-negative power supply. This is their only True Bypass pedal.
Orange Amplification Fur Coat Vintage Fuzz Pedal
The Getaway Driver is an amp-in-a-box type pedal with just three dials – Volume, Bite (tone) and Gain. While the pedal adds its vintage vibe on all amplifiers, it really excels when used with the amplifier’s clean channel, even ones with a bright cap.
