C. F. Martin & Co. is pleased to announce that Theresa Hoffman has been promoted to International Sales Manager reporting directly to Steven Carletti, Vice President of Global Sales where she will be responsible for global customer management and sales leadership encompassing Martin’s Guitar and String divisions.
Theresa joined C. F. Martin & Co. in 2001 assigned to manufacturing where she spent three and half years learning the construction of guitars. She was then promoted to Quality Assurance where she spent four years and most recently promoted to a Project Manager in Engineering where she was a key contributor in Martin’s efforts to successfully develop and patent on our new simple dovetail construction. “Being a member of the Martin team for 14 years has been an exciting professional experience,” says Theresa Hoffman. “I am thrilled to have this new opportunity working with Martin’s dynamic domestic and international Sales team and I look forward to positively contributing to the success of Martin guitar sales worldwide.”
Theresa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on International Business and International Marketing from Muhlenberg College.
