Guitar Shredder The Commander-In-Chief Releases Children’s Book ‘The Freezing Snowman’

Young guitar virtuoso and metal shredder, The Commander-in-Chief, is not only an accomplished musician playing a Falchion 7 string, the only one of its kind in the world, and having performed Pablo Sarasate’s Zigeunerweisen Op.20 with Thomas Valeur (which can be seen on YouTube here), she has also tried her talents at writing children’s book.  Her first book titlte “The Freezing Snowman” was inspired by her two youngest siblings and is a story written and illustrated by the talented  musician to inspire young children to believe that is anything is possible.

     

About the Author:  
B. Hagen is an internationally acclaimed performing artist known as The Commander-In-Chief. She has already been featured as one of ten modern guitar gods by one of the leading music magazines in the world and is widely praised for her innovative songwriting, technical skills as a guitarist, and unique vocal range. Her historic guitar version of Zigeunerweisen Op.20 was listed in the Top 10 viral videos of 2013 in Guitar World Magazine. Born in Norway in 1989, Hagen was raised in many different countries and speaks Norwegian, English, Italian, and French. While living in Chicago, she took visual art lessons with the acclaimed artist Linda Cohn. She designs her own stage outfits. She loves literature, music, and art. The Freezing Snowman is her first book.
