With her honest, rich songwriting and soothing musical melodies, pop songstress Jenni Alpert’s haunting, powerful, and sultry voice has gained the respect of fans and music tastemakers worldwide. Her emotionally driven songs blend modern day pop influences with her favorites such as Carol King, Aimee Mann, and Rickie Lee Jones. All encompassing, Jenni Alpert is a unique web of eclectic soul pop.
This Los Angeles native singer songwriter has been traveling the world with her music supporting great artists like Loudon Wainwright III, Jon Allen, Kaki King, and has shared stages with Regina Spektor, Giovanca, and Sara Bareilles. Alpert has performed in over 14 countries including UK (England, Ireland, Scotland), France, The Netherlands, Italy, Israel, India and Australia and has released 5 Albums to date. Her music has been featured on well known US TV shows like ABC’s Castle, CBS’s CSI Miami, MTV’s The Real World, Teen Mom and 16 and Pregnant.
Recently, Jenni completed a West Coast Tour in the United States called Blood Driven, performing at Blood Drives, Blood Centers, and children’s hospitals by day and local venues by night reaching over 8000 people in person and virally covering 5,000 miles in a two week period to encourage more people to donate blood to save a life. She was also recently chosen to be a spokesperson / performing artist for America’s Blood Centers new Speakers Bureau program ‘Conversations About Life’.
And this coming month Jenni will be in Augusta, GA area with America’s Blood Centers performing at World Blood Donor Day @ Shepeard Blood Center @ Krog Center (7p). Ford Gordon Troops Appreciation @ Le Chat Noir, and for the Green Jacket Homecoming Game w Shepeard Blood Center @ Lake Olmstead Stadium.
