The Women of Country Presents: Carolyn Miller & Friends

Nashville, TN (July 20, 2022) — Following the success of their first showcase during CMA Fest, The Women Of Country announced today “Women of Country Presents: Carolyn Miller & Friends” with performances by  Carolyn Miller, Sarah Jones, Tezza, and Grace Tyler. The all-female showcase will be hosted by ACM and CMA Award-winning radio personality Kelly Ford and will take place at 6pm on Tuesday, July 26th at Live Oak. Miller will follow the round with a 30 minute power acoustic set. Admission to the show is FREE.

“There are so many talented female artists in Nashville, as we saw from our first show,” said Nicole Marchesi, founder of The Women of Country. “Our mission is to continue to provide opportunities for The Women of Country community to showcase their talent and network with executives and each other. Women supporting women!”

“I’m so excited for our second ‘The Women of Country Live’ event,” said Carolyn Miller. “The response from the community has been incredible and I can’t wait to give more and more women the opportunity to shine here in town. We have lots of ideas in store to continue to grow this event and I couldn’t have asked for a better kickoff during CMA Fest.”

“I’ve always lived by the motto that I don’t want to be a woman complaining about what I’m not getting, rather I want to be the woman getting it,” said Kelly Ford. “Carolyn is a living example of just that. I’m honored she’s asked me to host this month’s Women of Country round at Live Oak! I’ve tried to build my life and career with an outstretched hand to everyone, but especially women. That philosophy has created a powerful sisterhood of wisdom and strength for me that has enabled me to grow to a place where I can help lead the next generation of women to reach new heights. This event encapsulates everything I believe in and I can’t wait to host it!”
