NAMM Show – Booth 2726

Building on the success of our core Free-Way switch range we are exploring further ways to expand the tonal capabilities of an electric guitar.

Currently under development are new PCB configurations which enable alternative functionality for our Blade switch.

3 way Rotor/ clip design

The 5B5-02 PCB configuration which has been designed specifically to suit a guitar with an H:S:H pickup layout, providing conventional switching as well as series, parallel and out of phase schematics.

Whilst he 5B5-04 PCB configuration has been designed specifically to work in conjunction with ‘Fishman Fluence’ pickups. The 5B5-04 allows you to reconfigure active pickups further unlocking the tonal potential of the instrument.

Utilizing our traditional rotary switch technology our new 3 positions Free- Way switch will provide positive indexing feel and increased functionality in pickup selection from additional contact arrangements.

As well as expanding the tonal capability of the Free-Way range following customer requests we are pleased to introduce the 3×3-03 Original with a full black finish.

The entire range of Free-way products, including custom guitars from Rick Toone and Neil Haynes are on show at NSF Controls Booth 2726 – Hall E

Custom designs and schematics are available on request, subject to the volume from NSF Controls the Free-Way Switch manufacturer.
