Watch: Billboard Partners with Uber for “Music that Moves” Campaign featuring Lizzo & Kim Petras

Video Aims to Empower Women Through Inspiring Conversation About Women in Music

Billboard and Uber have teamed up for “Music That Moves,” a new video project which aims to empower women by highlighting a powerful conversation between female musicians in hopes of raising awareness for the huge gender gap in the music industry.

The video, which launched on Billboard.com today at 6 PM ET, shows Lizzo and Kim Petras in the car with Uber driver and musician Karen Brooks. During the drive, they discuss the gender gap in the music industry and how to rethink the ratio, sharing the jarring statistic that over the last five years only 9% of the Grammy nominees were women.
