Taking inspiration from artists like Gracie Abrams, Olivia Rodrigo, and Taylor Swift the debut release blends Siorou’s talent for crafting relatable, diary-entry lyrics with pop melodies and an intimate, dreamy production. Siorou sings over a simple piano progression that unfurls with pining strings when the first chorus comes in.
The song talks about toxicity in relationships by taking the songs title ‘perfect crime‘ as a metaphorical theme throughout the song. Siorou is not only the sole songwriter on the track but also co-produced the song with Nashville-based artist and producer Lukas Scott.
The debut single ‘perfect crime‘ will be released April 15th. Siorou is currently working on her debut EP.
