Women’s Rock ‘N’ Roll Fantasy Camp Returns for 2026 Featuring Belinda Carlisle, Kate Pierson, Kathy Valentine & More

Belinda Carlisle, Kate Pierson, Kathy Valentine, Cherie Currie, and more will mentor aspiring musicians and songwriters during the immersive four-day Los Angeles music experience.

For women musicians looking to sharpen their skills, collaborate with legendary artists, and experience life on some of Los Angeles’ most iconic stages, the Women’s Rock ‘N’ Roll Fantasy Camp is gearing up for another unforgettable year.

Celebrating its 30th anniversary overall, the camp will host its fourth annual women-focused edition November 5–8, 2026, in Los Angeles, bringing together aspiring performers, songwriters, and music lovers of all experience levels for four days of immersive music education and collaboration.

This year’s lineup includes an impressive roster of artists and mentors, including Belinda Carlisle, Kate Pierson, Kathy Valentine, Cherie Currie, and acclaimed songwriter Beth Nielsen Chapman, with additional guests expected to be announced.

“I am so looking forward to spending time with the campers, making some music and sharing stories of my experiences in the industry,” Carlisle shared in a statement.

Pierson added, “I’m really looking forward to collaborating and getting creative with the campers. I’d love to share any of my experiences in the music business that might be helpful to you all.”

The camp offers two distinct tracks tailored to different creative goals. Participants in the performer track will spend the weekend rehearsing, attending masterclasses, participating in jam sessions, and learning directly from professional touring musicians before taking the stage for live performances at the legendary Whisky a Go Go and The Viper Room.

Among the featured mentors are bassist Eva Gardner, known for her work with P!nk; guitarist Ashley Reeve; drummer Valerie Franco; Holly West; and Britt Lightning, who also serves as the camp’s musical director.

For those more interested in writing and production, the songwriting track offers intensive mentorship from industry veterans. Campers will work closely with Chapman, whose songwriting credits include collaborations with artists such as Elton John, Bonnie Raitt, and Willie Nelson, as well as with GRAMMY-winning songwriter and producer Autumn Rowe, whose credits include work with Dua Lipa and Cher.

Songwriting participants will also gain insight through Q&A sessions with Carlisle, Pierson, Valentine, and Currie, as well as mentoring sessions led by Susan Silver, widely recognized for helping shape the Seattle grunge movement of the 1990s.

The experience concludes with campers performing their original songs live at Whisky a Go Go, offering attendees a chance to showcase what they’ve created throughout the weekend.

In addition to the main camp experiences, attendees can also add optional recording sessions during the event.

Founded by veteran music producer David Fishof, Rock ‘N’ Roll Fantasy Camp was created to give everyday musicians the opportunity to experience life as a touring artist while learning directly from some of rock’s most influential performers. Over the years, the organization has worked with legendary names including Roger Daltrey, Ringo Starr, Joe Walsh, Bill Wyman, and Peter Frampton.
