LeAnn Rimes Unites American Red Cross, The Salvation Army & Tree Classics to Bring Holiday Cheer to Those Affected by Hurricanes Harvey & Irma

RIMES TO GIVE CHRISTMAS TREES TO 1 FAMILY AND 12 FIRST RESPONDERS OR VOLUNTEERS IN BOTH LAKE JACKSON, TX & NAPLES, FL ON HER “TODAY IS CHRISTMAS 2017” TOUR DATES

November 21, 2017 (Los Angeles, Calif.)–  Two-time Grammy Award-winning vocalist LeAnn Rimes brings together American Red Cross and The Salvation Army to help two communities in need: Lake Jackson, TX and Naples, FL. With the help of Tree Classics, a leading artificial Christmas tree and holiday décor brand, they all unite to help bring holiday cheer to those affected by Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma.
The American Red Cross and The Salvation Army will be working to select one family in each city to receive VIP concert tickets to the multi-platinum singer’s joyful “Today is Christmas” tour. Before the show, the family will participate in a special meet & greet with Rimes and take photos in front of an exquisite Tree Classics Christmas tree, decorated with ornaments hand-picked by Rimes. That 7’ Deluxe Noble Fir Snap Tree will then be replicated and gifted to the chosen families to enjoy this holiday season. Fans will have the opportunity to win the same Christmas tree and décor in sweepstakes that will begin on December 3—watch Rimes’ social media channels for details.

Rimes also wanted to honor the heroic first responders who aided in saving and rescuing those in danger from the hurricanes. As a result, Tree Classics is also donating Classic Fraser Fir Christmas trees embellished with clear lights to be given to 12 first responders or American Red Cross volunteers in each city as a “thank you” for their service; they also will enjoy meet & greet with Rimes and receive tickets to her holiday concert.

“We were so heartbroken over the devastation of the hurricanes,” shares Rimes. “We wanted to do something special that will bring joy during the holidays to those affected. Both the American Red Cross and The Salvation Army are such great organizations, and when they both said they wanted to get involved, we thought it was such a beautiful, united partnership. Tree Classics was eager to jump on board and together we get to help make the holidays a little brighter for those who have endured so much.”
